Opening Ceremonies @ Erv-Lind Stadium 5:30pm

Dear Beaumont Softball Families,

You Are Invited: Opening Ceremonies

Players, families, and coaches, please join us on 4/4/25 at 5:30 pm for BSLL Opening Ceremonies at Erv-Lind Stadium! This is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to get together and have some fun. Events will start around 6:00 with food right after. All players and coaches will get introduced on the field, have an opportunity to run the bases and be recognized for their hard work. We will have pizza for all players as well as a drink and a snack. Any leftover food will be available once all players have had theirs for a small donation.

There will be BSLL Swag for sale and fun to have. Come hang out with old friends, eat dinner, bond as a team, and watch our first Majors game of the year. If anyone is interested in helping with opening ceremonies (handing out food, helping clean up) please let us know!

We Need Volunteers!

Our league runs on volunteers, and we need your help to keep 200+ girls playing softball! Open opportunities:

Board Positions – Communications/Website, Field Maintenance, and more. Learn more here.
Umpires - Minors teams NEED you to umpire. Please reach out to your coach ASAP about your availability to umpire some games.
Scorekeepers - Scorekeepers are needed for all Minors, Majors and Junior level teams. Farm families should use this as an opportunity to learn how to scorekeep! Learn how-to’s: [Cheat-sheet] and [How-To]
One-Time Volunteers – If you can spare an hour here and there, let us know!

Game schedules should be posted to your GameChanger accounts now. Please be sure to RSVP to all practices and games to make your coach’s lives a lot easier.
